At Roots & Culture Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality coffee and merchandise. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has been shipped.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

✅ Refunds & Replacements for Coffee

We will gladly replace or refund your coffee purchase if:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • There is a quality issue with the coffee.

Please provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue when you contact us.

✅ Returns for Merchandise

For non-perishable items like merchandise (mugs, shirts, accessories):

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

✅ Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (when applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
